SPR# JCCS5RCEBN - This SPR fixes two InstallShield problems:
1. When a user selects the option to install, and then returns to select the C API option, the Library and Directory for the C API was not displayed in the Summary Panel.
2. When a user selects the option to install using the iSeries CD drive, and then changes the selection to "local PC", no message was displayed saying that the CD wasn't in the local PC. The code will now check the location again if a change was previously performed.
